Our resource sharing services have recently transitioned from ILLiad to Rapido as our primary ILL platform. As part of this change, the old ILLiad request form that many faculty members have bookmarked has been retired and is no longer available.

Hold requests
Rapido is an ExLibris platform that is fully integrated with Discovery and Alma, allowing for a more streamlined request process. You may also notice Rapido Offer options (pictured below) in the library catalog. When available, these allow you to request eligible items directly from the catalog record, making the process even quicker and more convenient.
If you would like physical items delivered to your office, please include your building, office location, and mailbox or office number in the Notes field when submitting your request. This helps our messenger service route materials correctly.
Although patrons will no longer submit requests through ILLiad, we will continue to use the platform internally as a last resort for materials that are more difficult to locate.
