Description:
Dr. Charles Rawlinson ("Rollos") Park received his medical degree from Johns Hopkins Medical School in 1941. Park was appointed professor and chair of the Department of Physiology at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine in 1952. His laboratory was prominently known for its studies of hormonal control of carbohydrate metabolism.
