A Geographical Information System helps researchers depict large amounts of data graphically in order to investigate relationships between spatial data and their attributes.
The CMC offers a collection of items to facilitate hands-on learning, teacher-edition textbooks, leveled readers, and an assortment of tests. Materials are geared toward Pre-K through 12th grade learners, including those in special education.
Peabody Library maintains a physical collection of standardized tests for the Pre-K through 12th-grade population. Access is limited to licensed faculty and graduate students.

Annex Delivery: Items housed in sites outside campus libraries (Annex, 21 North, Eskind Biomedical Library storage) are readily available for your use. Place a request in the Acorn record, next to the call number, or complete a form for quick delivery.

As part of the Federal Depository Library Program, the Government Information and Media Services (GIMS) department houses a broad collection of U.S. Government documents. Additionally, Vanderbilt University hosts a government information portal with an extensive database of resources on locating government information of all kinds. Located within the Central Library, this selective depository for federal publications is open to the public. GIMS also loans DVDs and videos in a variety of genres and languages for your viewing pleasure.
