About the Walker Management Library

The Walker Management Library, located in the Owen Graduate School of Management, is one of nine libraries at Vanderbilt University.

Named in honor of Anne Marie and Thomas B. (BA ‘47) Walker, we seek to create a unique library environment and provide services for research and scholarship. The library is a dynamic place for faculty & staffstudents and alumni to learn, collaborate, reflect and discover.

Our primary focus is on graduate business education. We provide databases, reports, and tools for finance, marketing, operations, accountancy, and other business sub-disciplines. Librarians provide one-on-one business information consultation and data and analysis services for student and faculty researchers in business fields.

Members of the Vanderbilt community may borrow books from the in-house book collection, which has a focus on practical management, entrepreneurship, innovation and business bestsellers. Non-Owen visitors may come into the library during our unrestricted open hours.

Our staff are dedicated to partnering with faculty and students to shape research, and we encourage the development of informed scholars and engaged citizens.
