Reserves & Media Services

Video, audio, course reserves, and government information assistance are located on the fourth floor of Central Library at the Reserves & Media Services Desk.
Holdings include DVDs, VHS, compact discs, CD-ROMs, DVD-ROMs and microform materials with a location of Central Library Government Documents in the library catalog.
Course reserves can be searched in the library catalog by course code, course name, or faculty name.

Circulation Policies and Loan Periods
Videos circulate to Vanderbilt faculty, students, staff, and alumni.
The loan period is 28 days for all videos (unless the item is on reserve for a class).
Four renewals are allowed (unless the item is recalled, in which case no renewals are allowed).
There is no limit on the number of DVD checkouts unless the item is on reserve for a course or is on hold for or has been recalled by another patron.

DVDs and videos are also easily found by searching the Library Catalog by narrowing your search with the "video" format facet option on the left-hand side of the catalog search page.
