Harpeth Valley Garden Club

Biography/History
The Harpeth Valley Garden Club started in 1930, in Nashville, with the purpose of discussing gardening. The Garden Club was limited to
40 people. The monthly meetings were held in the homes of the members on a rotating basis. Guest lecturers were invited to discuss horticulture.
They participated in, and won, various categories at Flower Shows.
Scope and Contents
This collection contains three bound volumes of minutes from the meetings, and one award ribbon. A list of members is also contained in the volumes.
