This collection contains 4 typed copies of the same documents regarding men involved in a secret society during the Civil War. Scope and Content Note Apparently a portion of the record of a court-martial of men involved in a "Peace Society" called "The Knights of the Golden Circle." Four typed copies. the original document is a small notebook found among the papers of the Douglas-Ferrell family in Nashville, Tennessee. The first pages of the document are missing. |
