Laptop Checkout and Other Equipment
The Science & Engineering Library has seven (7) Dell laptops that are available for checkout by Vanderbilt faculty, students, and staff. Laptops circulate for eight hours, and loans do not renew. The Central, Divinity, Music, and Peabody Libraries also loan Dell laptops, and Apple computers are available at Peabody. Laptops are configured for wireless printing with VUPrint, and all are wireless enabled.
Note: When using any library laptop, please save all files to the Z: drive (Thawspace) or a thumb drive in order to prevent loss.
Other items we checkout...Thumb drives, a digital camera, a portable DVD player, ethernet cables, headphones, AC adapters for Dell laptops, umbrellas, scientific calculators, a flat bed scanner, a Garmin GPSMAP 76CSx unit and an Amazon Kindle.
