Using the resources discussed in class, locate information about the chemical you chose. You must find both the accepted name (either Chem Abstracts 9CI or IUPAC) and the CAS Registry #. To fill in the table list the complete title of each resources consulted, the volume and page number. Clearly describe the information given. You must use at least 3 print resources, and 3 online resources. Do not use indexes to the journal literature such as Chemical Abstracts. If you can't find your compound using the name given in every resource, be persistent. You can also search by molecular formula, and CAS Registry #. Be aware that some of the sources will be arranged by parent (benzine, amino-) and others by full name (aminobenzene).
