Bookdealers’ Reception:  Monday evening, May 31, at the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum on Music Row, where international recording companies are located.

Your choice of a trip:  The Hermitage, President Andrew Jackson’s home or the Belle Meade Plantation is offered on Tuesday afternoon, June 1.  President Jackson, the hero of the Battle of New Orleans, was the 7th president of the United States.  Belle Meade Mansion is a plantation home (1853) and began as one of America’s first thoroughbred horse farms. The Grand Ole Opry, Saturday, May 29 at 8 p.m.  Tickets are available for the live radio broadcast of the nation’s oldest continuing commercial program.  Country-western performers appearing there may range from Porter Waggoner to Garth Brooks to Emmylou Harris.
