Finding Facts Factual information such as biographical sources, statistics and almanacs can be found under Reference Tools, on the Heard library homepage. Besides these resources, you may find the Subject Guides helpful in locating the information you need. They have been designed to organize basic pathways of accessing information on broad subject areas. Government Information is also useful for obtaining statistical data like census information. If you need additional help, ask a reference librarian.
Prepared for the Jean and Alexander Heard Library, Vanderbilt University We would like to express our sincere appreciation to MIT Libraries for granting permission to modify and use their "Information Navigator" tutorial. |
