General Printing Tips

How do I choose only certain pages to print?

1. Click on the "File" menu
2. Click on the "Print" button
3. In the "Page Range" area of the Print dialogue box select the Pages button
4. Enter the page range or pages you would like to print.

How do I print multiple slides on a page from PowerPoint?

1. In the "Print What" area of the Print dialogue box, choose "Handouts"
2. In the "Handouts" box, choose which options best fit your needs
