The loan period for the Peabody Library varies depending upon the patron category. The categories are as follows:
- Undergraduate..........28 days
- Graduate...............90 days
- Faculty................365 days
- Staff..................28 days
- Alumni.................28 days
- Library Staff..........365 days
Materials may be renewed unless they have a recall or hold placed on them by another patron. Materials may be renewed in person at the service desk, over the phone by calling 615-322-8098, or on the Web.
- To renew materials over the Web, login to your Acorn account and select the "Renew My Materials" link.
- To renew in person or by telephone, you must provide your Library ID number and the barcode numbers or titles.
Materials may be returned at the service desk, the outside book drop, or any of the other libraries on campus.
