Viewing Serials Receipt and Claim History in Workflows

Click on the icon for Display Serial Control. Search or browse the catalog for the desired title.

Highlight the title you want and click on View Serial Info. There may be more than one control if more than one library subscribes to a title, or if the title is received in different formats (such as print and microfilm). Highlight the desired control number and click on Display Control. The serial control information is displayed in tabs or folders across the screen. Not all may display and you may need to click on the triple right arrows to see more. The active folder will appear in boldface. Alternatively, tabs can be selected from the yellow tab helper in the left hand corner of the screen.

To see issues that have been claimed, click on the Claimed folder.

To see expected issues, click on the Expected folder. The next expected issue has a red asterisk beside it.

To see received issues, click on the Received folder. Issue level detail is displayed by clicking on the More button, or by clicking on the Show Issue Detail helper at the upper left hand corner of the screen. Issues can be sorted by number or date in descending order by clicking on the Display Options button.
