LibQUAL+ 2009
On behalf of all staff of the Jean and Alexander Heard Library, Dean Connie Vinita Dowell wishes to thank each and every member of the Vanderbilt community who participated in the Library’s recent LibQUAL+ survey.
2,268 members of faculty, the graduate, professional, and undergraduate student body, and university staff took the time to answer questions and make comments about the library. As a result of these responses, the Library donated 11 boxes of food items to Second Harvest Food Bank
These responses are the beginning phase of a campus-wide conversation and will help shape the future of Vanderbilt’s libraries. Thank you so much for your participation!
