How Do I get reference assistance?

Each of the Vanderbilt libraries provides reference assistance, which may include answering general and in-depth questions; formulating research strategies; locating background information for papers, speeches, and homework assignments; and helping to find library resources.

You can get reference assistance in person, email or telephone. Subject specialists are available for research consultations.

Individual libraries may also provide additional services. Check the webpage of the individual library for more information.
