Divisional Libraries
"We often tend to think of a library simply as a collection of books. What we sometimes forget is that a library is a place of interaction, where the minds of students and faculty collide with other minds removed in time and place."
--Chancellor Emeritus Alexander Heard
The Jean and Alexander Heard Library is one
of the important research libraries in the South, with more than
two million volumes in nine divisional libraries. The holdings of
the divisional libraries are accessible in our combined library
catalog, ACORN.
