Historical or Biographical Note

Harley Winfield Qualls, M.D., was a graduate of the Vanderbilt University Medical Department in 1912 was an ENT Physician in Memphis, Tennessee. He served as executive secretary of the Tennessee Medical Association for many years and was also on the Tennessee State Board of Medical Examiners.
